Baked eggplant topped with tomato, wild mushrooms and Tetilla cheese with a Madeira wine sauce

Manchego cheese fritters stuffed with dates and herbs served on a bed of poached pears, drizzled with a strawberry pomegranate sauce

Medallones de Solomillo

Center cut beef tenderloin served with Sevillana potatoes and asparagus spears, drizzled with a Cabrales blue cheese sauce
